How does your pricing work?
All services are billed at $60 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per visit. Additional tasks outside the agreed scope are billed hourly.
Do you offer one-time or emergency cleaning services?
No. We operate on scheduled commercial cleaning plans only. All services must be booked in advance to maintain quality and consistency.
How often can cleaning be scheduled?
We offer multiple plans, ranging from once per week to five times per week, as well as customized schedules through our Magna Platinum plan.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. Magna Service Cleaning provides standard professional cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed upon.
What are bonus hours and how do they work?
Certain plans include monthly bonus hours that can be used for internal commercial cleaning tasks. These hours do not roll over to the next month.
Can I change my cleaning schedule?
Yes. Schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
What is the contract term?
We offer monthly, semiannual, and annual contracts. All contracts renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days written notice.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes. Early termination requires a 30-day written notice, and a $500 early termination fee applies.
Do you handle high or external window cleaning?
For safety reasons, dangerous or high external window cleaning is not included in our services.
Which areas do you serve?
Our services operate under contracts governed by the laws of the State of California. Service areas can be discussed during consultation.
